On-line Partial Discharge

Non-intrusive testing for your HV networks

Routine non-intrusive On-line PD spot testing can be done throughout HV networks. By using pre-installed sensors or installing sensors such as HFCTs, testing can be carried out without the need for an outage.

Testing can be carried out on motors, generators, cables, switchgear, and transformers.

Using the Kronos Spot Tester, our diagnostic test unit, the early stages of insulation deterioration and degradation can be detected. Atlas by Monitra™ provides early warnings against insulation faults, supporting CBM schemes and reducing unplanned outages, downtime, and maintenance costs.
