Hyperion
Hyperion, Monitra’s advanced heatmap software, delivers intuitive visualisation of asset data through detailed heatmaps and waveform analysis.

Monitra software is common across the Kronos Monitor and Kronos Spot Tester; whether you are testing a single asset or deploying monitoring across a global network, the same powerful software platform provides a consistent user experience.
Together, these tools form a cohesive ecosystem that empowers engineers with reliable data, powerful analytics and automated insights.

With sophisticated machine learning, clear and accurate data interpretation is possible. External noise sources and PD cross-coupling are removed to show clearer phase resolved PD patterns for defect diagnosis and determining actions.

Hyperion, Monitra’s advanced heatmap software, delivers intuitive visualisation of asset data through detailed heatmaps and waveform analysis.
Monitra’s PD segregation and classification are performed by its machine learning system, ML42. This software uses synchronous time-domain signals captured by the Kronos to analyse the acquired data.
Atlas is a transformational cloud-based data management platform, allowing asset owners and maintainers to monitor the condition of their plant anywhere in the world.

Talos offers trending analysis, enabling effective monitoring of data over time. PD data visualisation allows trends to be identified.

Locate cable PD defects. Sum event transients to see reflections below the noise. Simultaneously identify multiple defects with the DeltaT histogram algorithm.

By attaching sensors in a series, pulse precedence can be used to locate PD within HV assets.

Three-phase reports are generated instantly in Atlas at the click of a button for download as a PDF.

MCSA: detect rotor bar defects in motors through measurement and analysis of the 50/60 Hz current waveform. Rotor health is found by identifying the pole pass frequency (PPF); in demodulated spectrum (upper trace) the PPF corresponds to sidebands in the MCSA spectrum (lower trace). Rotor health is a function of the relative magnitudes of the line frequency (LF) and sideband magnitude in the MCSA spectrum.

ML42 provides highly accurate segregation of noise, PD, and cross-coupling signals, enabling the generation of crystal-clear PRPD patterns. These patterns identify the specific type of PD occurring within the high-voltage asset. In rotating machine applications, the patterns linked to different localised insulation defects are well established. In this example, slot section discharge is illustrated in the motor graphic, with the corresponding PRPD pattern displayed from Monitra’s software.
