We are looking for a Solutions Manager / Product Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for our Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) monitoring applications. The Solutions Manager will enhance Monitra’s market position and global sales for our GIS solutions. This exciting multidisciplinary role will be in regular contact with the Commercial and Technology Development teams.
Role and Responsibilities
Devise and drive the strategy for meeting sales performance targets for GIS monitoring solutions
Identify new projects for GIS monitoring
Support regional sales managers in negotiating relevant commercial discussions/ proposals
Ensure the Commercial team has up to date sales-supporting material by working with the Marketing and Development teams
Work with the Development team on Monitra’s GIS solutions – collate customer feedback into future development roadmap.
Attend sales meetings and deliver presentations and demos as appropriate
Must be legally authorised to work in the UK
Training – Full training on our products and services will be provided.
Global travel may be required.
Expert knowledge of worldwide GIS market
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and/or 7 years' relevant work experience
Confidence in executive sales environment
Understanding of GIS condition monitoring marketplace
Desire to own a product or strategic area and being responsible for commercial performance
Strong track record of managing and building client relationships
