Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Prepare Quotations for regional Sales Team using PandaDoc
- Administer and update Salesforce records, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports
- Respond to new and existing customer enquiries
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and drive retention
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events etc. to drive new opportunities with clients
- Assist with organisation of customer training and associated administration
- Prepare and maintain documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
The role will also involve any other adhoc tasks as given by the Group Sales Director, Business Development Director and Sales Team.
All staff are expected to always work to company procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of using CRM’s
- Salesforce knowledge desirable
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to work both reactively and proactively in a busy and varied sales environment.
